Employment Rights Act Conference – Update

17 September 2025 – Streamed Online

Devised and Chaired by Michael Rubenstein

The Government’s Employment Rights Act will bring about the most important changes to employment law in half a century. Our May conference on this legislation was highly praised. As the legislation went through Parliament, however, it was heavily amended and many delegates suggested that they (or a colleague) would be interested in attending an updated conference once the Bill had become law.

At this conference, 8 of the UK’s top employment law KCs will provide authoritative guidance on the Bill’s amendments and its practical implications.
