Employment Rights Act 2025 Conference

17 September 2025

Devised and Chaired by Michael Rubenstein

The Government’s Employment Rights legislation will bring about the most important changes to our employment law in half a century. As the legislation has gone through Parliament, some key parts were heavily amended from the  Bill as introduced, including provisions on fire and rehire, non-disclosure agreements, zero hours workers and whistleblowing.

At this online conference, eight of the UK’s top employment law KCs will provide authoritative guidance on the new legislation and its practical implications for you and your clients.
