Michael Rubenstein
Michael Rubenstein has been the editor of Industrial Relations Law Reports since it was started in September 1972. He also wrote for and edited Equal Opportunities Review from 1985 until its closure in December 2016, and was General Editor of Equality Law Reports (EqLR) from 2010 to 2014.
He is director of Michael Rubenstein Conferences Ltd.
He is a former chairman, and now honorary vice-president, of the Industrial Law Society, a former trustee of the Equal Rights Trust, an honorary Master of the Bench at Middle Temple, a patron of the British Humanist Association, and a former member of the advisory council of Protect. He has acted as a consultant on discrimination and employment law to numerous international and national organisations, including the European Commission for whom he drafted its Code of Practice on measures to combat sexual harassment at work.
